Mission and Initiatives
The Mission of the Economic Alliance is to grow and strengthen the economy of the San Fernando Valley Region to improve the quality of life in all our communities.

Attracting, recruiting, retaining and expanding businesses in the five-city Valley region, and adding high quality jobs;

Improving public education and workforce preparedness, and providing customized employee training programs;
•
Marketing and branding the region to increase awareness of the Valley as an ideal place to live, work, learn and play;
•
Creating a vision for the future of the region that advances the livability and sustainability of our neighborhoods;
•
Collecting, compiling and distributing valuable economic and demographic data on the Valley and its cities and communities.
