Jonathan Weiss has been an agent; manager; and managing director for Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading investment real estate brokerage firm.

Mr. Weiss led the Encino office to a position of brokerage dominance in the country, with more than $1 billion in sales annually and a consistent ranking as the firm’s top producing office. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1989 as a sales associate in Encino. As an agent, he received numerous distinctions for sales achievement; and was recognized as the firm’s top 10 agents nationwide. 

Moving up the ranks of the company, he achieved the firm’s Regional Manager of the Year in 2003; and was elected managing director of Marcus & Millichap in 2005. During his investment real estate tenure, Mr. Weiss has overseen the acquisition and disposition of over 12 billion of various types of investment real estate. He is a graduate of UCLA.
